Employment & education:
DDD’s work/study program enables recruited employees to develop marketable data management and research skills, earn an income, and complete higher education.
Data management operators in DDD’s work/study program typically work 36 hours a week providing digital content services to clients.
After a one year probation period, operators are eligible for a scholarship package to support their university education. This package includes a partial scholarship, as well as a work schedule that allows them to attend school. Once enrolled in university, they continue to work, enabling them to study and complete their degrees in 4-5 years.
This comprehensive approach to education and skills development allows work/study candidates to simultaneously earn income, develop marketable skills and gain a university degree in their chosen field of study. It is also an important factor toward maintaining DDD’s low attrition rate which is integral to maintaining long term customer relationships.
Through the work they do on behalf of clients globally, DDD’s staff learn to take initiative and solve problems while building their confidence and personal potential. Armed with a university degree and four to five years of professional work experience, graduates of DDD’s program are highly attractive employment candidates.
