Tech-savvy customer service reps (Eastlands)

Special call from a new player in the internet access scene (global, and new here in Kenya):

We’re seeking several energetic, customer-centric and tech savvy team members to launch a new product. These team members will be responsible to promote our service and help customers get online with their personal devices (primarily phones). They must be able to work independently and quickly solve customer issues. The successful candidate must be self-driven and excited at the possibility of working in a quickly growing company!

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Degree from reputable university
  • 2 or more years of work experience in a technology-related field
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Passionate about technology
  • Familiarity working with a range of mobile devices including phones, tablets, and laptops

Compensation: This is a contract position requiring 30-40 hours per week of work with the potential to become a full-time position.

Languages: Fluent or business-level written and spoken English. Fluency in Swahili.

Start date: On or around Oct 12th
